Jimmy has dedicated himself to provide sympathy, compassion, and direction for those that have lost one of their closest family members. Yes, he said family. Pets to him are family. They aren't just a piece of property or something that is easily cast aside for something new, or better, or as something that once was. He truly understands what it is to have lost lifelong family members that have been through the best and worst of times.
